To provide HomePM's maintenance tracking features, we collect information you choose to enter, which may include:
- Property, vehicle, and equipment details (e.g. make, model, age, maintenance history)
- Maintenance tasks, schedules, and completion records
- Documents and receipts you upload (e.g. manuals, warranties, invoices)
- Basic account information (e.g. name and email address) used to sign in and sync your data
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to:
- Operate the core features of HomePM — tracking, scheduling, and reminders
- Power the AI Assistant's proactive maintenance suggestions and diagnostics, using your own asset data
- Sync your data securely across your own devices
- Provide customer support when you request it
We Do Not Sell or Transmit Your Data
HomePM does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or asset data to any third party, for any purpose. We do not transmit your data to advertisers, data brokers, or other outside companies. Your maintenance records, documents, and account details stay within HomePM's systems and are used exclusively to provide the service to you.
The only exception is where we use a service provider strictly to help operate HomePM on our behalf — for example, secure cloud hosting or encrypted backups. These providers do not have rights to use your data for their own purposes and are contractually bound to protect it.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption, both in transit and at rest. We limit internal access to your information to what's necessary to operate and support the app.
Your Choices & Rights
- You can review, edit, or delete your asset and maintenance data at any time within the app
- You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by contacting us
- You can decline to use optional features (like the AI Assistant) without affecting core functionality
Children's Privacy
HomePM is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date below. Continued use of HomePM after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
